A number of projects completed construction in the first half of 2025. Due North Carwash, St. Michael; Gravity Dance Studio, Albertville, MN; Lenz House, Scandia, MN; and the Monticello Townhip Townhall, MN.

Other projects are in the construction document phase, out for bidding, or ready to start construction. MN.Linco Steel Office, Otsego, MN; Lano Equipment/ Spikes and Houles, Corcoran, MN; Centerville Micro Cottages, Centerville, MN; Kid’s Haven Preschool and Childcare, Waverly, MN; Gelle House, North Oaks, MN; Milestones Early Learning Center, Medina (new construction)/ Woodbury (adaptive reuse), MN; and Mold-Tech Addition, Albertville, MN.

As we start 2025, a few projects were completed and a few are “on the boards” in design and construction document phase. First, Fehn Companies Shop and Storage Facility located Albertville, MN was completed. Milestones Early Learning Center in Lake Elmo, MN was also Completed. Currently another Milestones Early Learning Center to be located in Medina, MN is in the construction document phase.
